Re: RMX 1500 Content Sharing with CMA Desktop

Hello Khuram,

waht RMX and CMA-Desktop software version do you use?

Is it H.323 or SIP call?

Do you have any NAT, firewalls or Access Lists between RMX and CMAD client?

Regards

Re: RMX 1500 Content Sharing with CMA Desktop

Hello Khuram,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include all the currently used software versions of all devices as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

If you are using a RMX 8.3 build you must be using a CMA running Version 6.2.5 and a minimum version of CMAD of 5.2.x

Please ensure you check the RMX releasenotes => here <= for more details on minimum software versions on page 9.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
