Hi All,

 

Just wondering if there is any requirements for the file that needs to be uploaded to a RMX 1500. also is there a way that we can download the current file from the RMX just incase we have a change of heart?

 

Any help will be great.

Please take a look in RMX Admin'sGuide -> IVR Services -> Replacing the Music File. The default music file was kindly offered by Alki >>> here <<<.
