Can somebody provides me a good document on how to setup the m100 telepresence client and all firewalls in order to be able to connect this client to an RMX1500 ?

The RMX1500 is configured on 2 public IP adresses (one for signalling, one for media card 1), we still have a lot of clients struggling to connect their m100 client to our RMX, in most cases they can't see any video nor audio..

m100 and RMX in not only things you need in H.323. But you can try using SIP with RMX 7.7 firmware, cause it have some NAT support, according to release notes. But be careful, it's very buggy.

what kind of publlic ip you are using over RMX??is it natted ip or real ip??
