Good morning, we´re having some issues with our RMX 1500, SW version 7.7.0.158. It has an MPMx card.
First, it started with audio loss on the endpoints gathered in a site. The sound would come cut off, though the RMX logs show no package loss, and the endpoints have no loss either (according to the system).
Second, when we move a user from a meeting room to another, the RMX shows the action done satisfactorily, but, the user remains active in the previous room, being able to share both video and audio. (This is now the most critic problem we´re facing)
Third, when a user that´s been muted is moved to another room, it automatically unmutes. Is this by default? I read on the release notes that there is this option to configure "all users muted except lecturer" when creating a room. But we are not using that feature yet.
Thank you for your help.

Hi,
might be a good idea to check the audio protocols being used. usually its Siren, G.711, etc
its sounds like the protocols being used by the RMX does not agree with protocols being used by the endpoints. that is why you not seeing any packet.
play around with the protocols and resolution for a particpant. see if that helps. H.261,H.263, CIF, SD, etc...
remember, dont make multiple changes then test. you wont know what the actual problem was/is
change one thing at a time, then test.
hope this helps.
