Hello,

I have RMX 1500 working fine with version 7.8. After upgrade to 8.1, I am no longer access to the box, even try in many ways

- Still can ping to Control IP

- Can change Control IP via USB

- Can access via Shelf Mgmt IP

- Try with RMX Manager 8.1, and 7.8

- Try with many web browser: I.E, FireFox, Chrome

- Try with other laptop

Anyone can help? Thanks
