Hello: Our RMX 1500 immediately hangs up after hearing "Please enter your conference ID." It allows external calls by IP to the RMX Entry area, but doesn't accept the conference ID. Internal calls by IP are allowed to enter the conference. Thanks
There really isn't enough information here for me to give you a definitive answer but one thing that will cause the symptoms you are experiencing is an encryption mismatch. If the conference the caller is trying to join is enforcing encryption and the callers device does not support encryption then the RMX will disconnect the call as you describe.
