Strange one....

but since 20th April 2017 the Infrastructure has been restarting roughly every two weeks at around the same time. It hasnt previously been a problem as it was doing it late night/early morning when there was no usage, but slowly over the year it has got later and later and now it hits the start of the day affecting lots of calls. 

 

We are just about to install the Clarity solution as an upgrade (it has been a lengthy process securing the budget!) but in the meantime has anybody else had this issue or know what it might be or perhaps a workaround until the solution is upgraded?
