RMX 2000 Connected with problem

Hi,

 

When I am connecting from my HDX9000 to my RMX2000 on the status says that connected with problem!

 

Anyone can help me please??????

Hello Ali,

 

the properties have a section called connection status and should show the details there.

 

I can see the MCU State has a Major error status so you should investigate this first.

 

This may also explain your other question posted => here <= in the CMA (after I had moved it) Section.

 

In addition it would be useful to provide the current Software Version and some Information if this RMX has been installed by a trained person and worked originally or if this is a new issue that just appeared.

 

I can only suggest to work with your Polycom Reseller or contact Polycom support directly => here <= in order to get the appropriate assistance needed.

Have a look at the properties of the connected device when this error shows as it will tell you what the RMX found.

Hello Steffen,

 

My problem has been solved. So there was some firewall security issue on my cisco switch.
