Hi, we are running 184.108.40.206.013 and when I try to Dial Out to a SIP Lync Participant in a conference, the endpoint shows as immediately disconnected. Is anyone else experiencing this or has experienced this and found a solution? Is there something else I should be checking?

I have seen that you already replied => here <= so I can only give you the same advise as to contact your Polycom reseller to raise this with Polycom support.
We need to look at the logs and determine if this is the same issue and then possibly provide you with the same hotfix.
