I allready upgraded RMX 2000 to version 220.127.116.11 for our customer, everything works, but there are not any items in Hardware monitor, no reset and power off buttons. So i cant make remote reset, etc..

If you can see nothing in Hardware Monitor that is indicative of a problem connecting to Shelf. Try opening a browser directly to the Shelf IP address.
Yes, i tried this. I can see everything thru Shelf IP adress. But nothing on management IP adress, neither web acces, nor RMX manager. Support thinks, that there is some block in customer´s enviroment. He thinks, that not. We will check it.
