Is there any way to prevent conferences from being created when a phone call comes into our ISDN Pri?  We get a number of Default Conferences each day created when someone dials in on a landline.  Would like to have incoming video/audio ISDN calls be allowed for valid Meeting Room/Conference ISDN numbers only.  Thanks.

You have to configure your entry queue in the RMX to get into through ISDN.

When opening the Default Entry Queue that you have established in your RMX, you will see that the last option is Enable PSTN/ISDN Dial-In. You should enable that option and add a number of your ISDN service.

Then, add all the numbers from your ISDN service in your ISDN service Span in the RMX.

That way, the RMX will route the call straight to the entry queue, instead of bypassing it and creating a new virtual meeting room for that.

Hope it helps.

Cheers!
