Hello,

I have a Polycom RMX 2000 and several HDX 7000's on my Campus LAN.  I can make conference calls from HDX to HDX over IP address no problem.  I go to the RMX 2000 and try to setup a meeting.  I add in 3 participants from the address book but it keeps saying ' polycom rmx 2000 failed to add meeting: Internal communication error'

Any idea whats wrong?

Its also doing the same if i try to add a conference.  But i know that the RMX 2000 can ping all the HDX devices and vice versa.  No firewalls are involved as they are all on the LAN

Also - whats the difference between a meeting and a conference?

regards,

Kevin

Got it sorted by just rebooting the Polycom 2000 Bridge and then it started accepting the meeting setup.

Cheers

Kevin
