I trying to test to make sure my RMX 4000 can resolve and cannot do so.

Can I use the Network Traffic Capture to troubleshoot ?

Where do I retrive the captured file(s) ?

Of course you can, this tool is designed for troubleshooting.

Start capturing: Administration -> Tools -> Network Traffic Capture.

Retrieve data: Administration -> Tools -> Information Collector, and select Network Traffic Capture.
