at the present moment the problem is solved.

reseller has provided a trial version for testing.

in this version the bug was fixed.

when the revised version will appear on the portal?

  • Has this ever worked or is this a new issue?
  • What is the exact software version?
  • What Endpoints are involved?
  • Is this always reproducable?

- for me  this is a new issue. 

- testing is 7.6.138 in different variants (RMX4000, RMX2000 with MPM+, RMX2000 with MPMx), only works option RMX2000 with MPM+

- Endpoints: HDX, VSX, FX, CMAdesktop, VVX1500D and etc, it is not important. Problem in cascade link.

- yes, this is always reproducable.

specify the connection diagram:

"master" RMX accepts incoming calls from several "slave" RMX (cascading)
