Hello,
RMX 4000 license has been activated and now it is not accepting the key code
and also I used the 8.3 Key Code again didn’t work.
MCU Version is: 8.3.0.246
RMX Manager Version is: EMA-V8.3.0.44
Can you please guide me.

Hello Ali,
You do require support so please work with FVC on this. Usually they can raise a ticket via Pay Per Incident.

Also do you get any error messages ?
You state you activated a license and that you also tried to use the 8.3 Key but what Version are you using ?

Yes I receive this error FYI, PLease see the attachment.
and also when I am opening the RMX Manager then the product activation key asking me ket code and the key code that i have is not accepting by production activation.
