Hello,

I have connected one E1(30 channels ) PRI to RMX. Everytime when i make any call to other endpoint on ISDN my call occupy only 12 channels i.e maximum upto 768 kbps. The conference which i used to make the call is of 2048 kbps and participants line rate was also 2048 kbps, still i am not able to get the call at required rate i.e i get only 768 kbps.

I want to know that  is it  RMX limitation that it  can only make  ISDN calls  on 768 kbps or any setting is required to be change.

Please help me regarding the issue, I will be thankful

Hello vinx,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issue experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

Also the model of RMX being used is useful to provide.

In addition I removed your reply from the post you originally repsonded to as it was unrelated to your new issue.

Could you also kindly follow up your old post => here <= before posting new issues?

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
