Hi

I cant get integration between RMX and Lync to work, getting this error message: No response from Registration server (cs id 1)

In the lync server we can see that the certificate on the RMX is wrong. We have checked the information, dns and so on and it should be okay. In the documentation Polycom write that the certificate should be made on Lync server, but we have many servers behind a load balancer that transfer the traffic to one of the servers.

We made the certificate on one of the lync servers, but cant get it work.

Any ideas how to solve it? Should the certificate be made of some other server?

I found that we have to create a certificate in the RMX and then paste it into the Domain Controllers certificate generator. localhost\certserv and get it signed. Then load it into the RMX and it work.
