RMX V8.5.13.3 Local Web Client (RMX Manager) Broken Link?

When attempting to download the new manager, it pushes the ActiveX Bypass instead.  This link needs to be fixed. 

 

Anyone else experience same issue?

The link is at the bottom.  I can't copy the URL for the link, but it is the bottom of the current releases.
