RMX1500 has some errors with hard disk

Hello All,

 

Our RMX1500 has many errors. There is an error - HARD disk does not respond... I've attached a screenshot. Reset to factory default with stand by key didn't help. Upgrade - also. How can we fix it? Any ideas?
