Hi, does anyone know if our RMX'es can be set to boot up after power failure or is this default behavior? And, would it be possible to have a RMX boot by just connecting power? Is there a flag for this?

I am asking this since our RMX'es are in our datacenter, miles from our offices.... and sometimes we need to give them a hard reboot, i.e. if we restart our CMA (ie due to a patch)  it looks like after some time the RMX'es slowly crash. At that time we can't shut down or reboot since the RMX manager isn't able to connect properly anymore.

We have a switched PDU so we would be able to switch off power, and switch it back on after a minute or so.

Thanks

Luke

Unfortunately Polycom stays dead silent in certain cases, as in this one.....
