RMX2000. After updating a problem with access through Web

Good afternoon!
Updated RMX2000 7.6.0.172 till 7.6.1.138
Access ceased to work at all computers to Web.  Checked on WinXP 32bit (IE 6.0, IE 7.0), Win7 32,64bit (IE 7.0, IE 9.0, IE 11.0).  Access doesn't work.
Works only at Win2003Server IE8 and Win2008Server.
Before on old the software all worked. In what there can be a reason.
Writes:
Browser environment error. Please close and reopen all browser sessions.
If the above message appears again:
  Run automatic troubleshooter utility.
*  Note:  Running the automatic troubleshooter utility will close all the browser sessions.

We do everything according to the instruction. How to be, what to do?
RMX Manager works. But the Web interface is necessary
