Hello All,

 

I have registered my new RMX4000 online and now it ask me enter your license number and I can't find the license number,

 

Would you please guide me how to find the license number?

Hello Ali,

 

depending on your contract there should be 24/5 or even 24/7 options for yourself.

 

I am aware that Tier 3 support is available for customers in EMEA for example.

 

Did you email the Link in your shown picture or call support?

 

The site may be down for maintenance but I am unable to do anything from my end.

As you may know that right now there is no polycom support and I have 2 wait for another day and could you plz tell me would could be the problem according to the snapshot screen?

The Polycom reseller has brought the license and successfully activated now i am fine with the RMX.
