Hello,
After booting with USB Key on RMX4000,
MPMx-D card is flashing ERR, RDY & ACT
FSM 4000 is Active
CNTL 4000 is ERR
What could be the problem can anyone guide me please.

Hi There,
Kindly please remove CNTL unit from front and plug it back and switch the whole unit on and check.
