We have a RMX4000, firmware 8.1.7.3.5 and connect over a t3/cisco network hardware and mixed endpoints.the RMX has been reporting high packet loss over the network to endpoints in the past 4 weeks, has there been any update with cisco network hardware that can cause bridge packet loss?

I'm not sure that this is your case but we met cases when Cisco equipment doesn't understand autonegotiation network settings. Try to go at Setup -> Ethernet Settings and change Speed from default Auto to the mode supported by Cisco. Find more details in RMX Admin's Guide -> Network Services -> IP Network Services -> Ethernet Settings.
