RMX4000 packet loss

We have a RMX4000, firmware and connect over a t3/cisco network hardware and mixed endpoints.the RMX has been reporting high packet loss over the network to endpoints in the past 4 weeks, has there been any update with cisco network hardware that can cause bridge packet loss?

Re: RMX4000 packet loss

I'm not sure that this is your case but we met cases when Cisco equipment doesn't understand autonegotiation network settings. Try to go at Setup -> Ethernet Settings and change Speed from default Auto to the mode supported by Cisco. Find more details in RMX Admin's Guide -> Network Services -> IP Network Services -> Ethernet Settings.

Hope this could be useful.
