Re: RSS 2000

Hello Rkaaa88,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Re: RSS 2000

The RSS 2000 has a 1 GB compact flash chip that contains the operating system and the RSS software. The hard drive is used for media storage. The message you are receiving appears when the compact flash is full.

There is a way to clear it but it is too complicated to go into detail here. You will need to open a support ticket.
