Jeff,

I just saw a few posts related to Lync 2013 and hence curious to know if Lync 2013 can be integrated with Polycom RMX 2000 v 7.6.0.172 the same way as for Lync 2010? I have already integrated the RMX with Lync 2010. Any version upgrade needed in order to integrate with Lync 2013 server?

Re: Lync 2013 Client

Hello Rony,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I have moved your post away from the original reply into the Bridging Section.

The RMX 7.8 release added support for LYNC 2013 as shown in the Release notes => here <=

RMX Support for Microsoft Lync 2013 Clients

The RMX interoperability level with Lync 2013 is identical to Lync 2010. The following supported Lync 2010 feature set is supported with Lync 2013:

• RTV
• FEC support
• ICE over TCP
• Media over TCP
• Network Error Recovery
• SIP Dialog Recovery
• Additional meeting room presence mode
• Connecting an RMX meeting room to an AV-MCU conferences

Microsoft Lync Server 2013 BETA was tested on the RMX version 7.8 and is compliant with the RMX support features for both Microsoft Lync 2010 and Lync 2013.
