Are there any known issues of Windows 10 machines using Real Presence Desktop? Every person in our agency who has switched over to a Win 10 machine is getting ‘Invalid User Name or Password” back from Resource Manger when they try to register to it with Real Presence Desktop. I can take their login on my Windows 7 and it works just fine.

It is always useful to include the currently used Software version for all products mentioned as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.
The above is also stated in the "Must Read First" and is the absolute minimum requirement every new post should include. .
In addition providing us with this basic information gives Polycom an idea what Software Versions are used in the field and avoids wasting time trying to troubleshoot issues which have already been addressed.

The Resource Manger is 10.1.0_87
The Real Presence Desktop is 3.8.1
The PC is using Windows 10
