I currently have my rmx on version 8.1.7.35 and have no joy to upgrading to 8.1.7.37 or 8.2.0 or 8.3.

Then when starting the software upload i receive error that mcu software is not supported.

None of the software releases after 8.1.7.35 does not work.

Please advise urgently?

Thanks,

Go to Administration -> System Information. What is the memory Size and Card Configuration Mode?

Also, on that same screen, click on CPU info and tell me what it says for Flash Size.

A possible reason for failure is that you have outdated chassis type B (ASY2100B-L0). You can check this in Hardware Monitor.

According to RMX Hardware Guide -> RMX Chassis Types: "The environmentally friendly D or E-type chassis (indicated by the letter D or E in the Part Number) is required for use with MPMx/MPMRx card(s)."
