Hello,

How to achieve the following ... We have CMA and RMX along with MS Lync and HDX units. At the moment we are using RMX 7.8 with Polycom Conferencing Outlook Plugin 1.3.0. How to make it happen, that if videoconferencing session is going to be booked by the MS Outlook calendar by the PCO plugin then when the set time comes then the session is dialed out and all the participating HDX's will be called or session auto started?

PCO is part of Professional Services engagement. The way PCO works is to allows users to video-enable an Outlook meeting by clicking one button, and to join video meetings with a click-to-call experience. HDXs will remind you of the upcoming conference, so as Outlook clients, but it is your option to join the conference or not. We also recommend integration with AD for PCO to become a complete solution.

Jaak,

PCO is a dial in solution, not a dial out. PCO can not do what you request.

Thank You Simons. Found that out and now I have some deeper knowledge about PCO and CMA Outlook plugin after reading manuals and testing. CMA plugin can dial out and was the thing we were looking for.
