Hi,

my RMX uses SIP trunk to LYNK, whitch is a long time in fail status (IP network service Properties).

I tried to solve it but I make wrong decision. From RMX manager->setup->certification repository->trusted certification I was deleted my expired certificate.

and after that my RMX 2000 faild to new MAJOR error state:

Code: Security mode failed. Error in certificate file

Description: Cannot validate CA certificate: /mcms/CACert/ca-bundle-client.crt: No such file

For what RMX need "Trusted certificates"?

How can I fix it?

for SIP trunk RMX<-> LYNK I have stored "personal certificates". Doesn't it sufficient?

Has "Trusted certifisates" any context with SIP trunks?

thank you very much.

When you integrate RMX with Lync you must need CA root certificate to RMX which would be provided by your company CA authority Root servers.

It semms there some change in DNS or domain which caused expire of root CA certificate.

Create new root CA certificate and upload into RMX and then reboot the RMX
