Hello Ali,

the community is not a replacement for the usual Polycom support process so I kindly ask you to set your expectations as maybe nobody will reply for multiple hours or days.

Even if someone replies this may not be to a level that you assume you are receiving and expected answer in detail.

The only official method to receive support ASAP is via your Polycom reseller depending on your warranty and service contract status.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as answers may depend on this.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes for any possible limitations.

Upgrading to a higher version may also require a valid license key.

The above mentioned release notes also state the RMX 1500/2000/4000 Software Upgrade Procedures. The Admin Guide should also be consulted for Upgrade / Downgrade Guidelines.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
