I seriously struggle to come to terms that all of the 13 examples provided for 2012 only are still unresolved.
One of the post claims a CMA 5000 is no longer working which must be service affecting for your customer who purchased this equipment. My suggestion in that case 2.5 years ago was to contact your Polycom Reseller which seems you have not yet done or avoided for other reasons or this issue would have been resolved all that time ago.
Another of the above claims a User cannot login to CMA which either means you did actually get the original issue fixed or more worryingly support more than one customer using the hobbyist approach via community forums.
I sincerely hope that you are making your customers aware that you are not seeking the official support channels as recommended.
I will continue to close any new post of yourself or any other alias.
