I am having problems using a RMX 4000 to connect a third party with a Lifesize multipoint unit.  Depending on the format of the call, one of us loses video.

Example:
1) I have my RMX dial into the Lifesize Multi, then the Lifesize dials the 3rd party.  In this situation, (connected with my HDX 7000) I have audio, but not video of the 3rd party.   The 3rd party is receiving my audio and video.

2) When the Lifesize Multi connects to the 3rd party first, then I call the Lifesize from the RMX, I have audio and video, but the third party only has audio.

I’ve tested this using a codian bridge and our old MGC Manager instead of the RMX 4000 and it works fine.
Any suggestions?  Thanks for reading.
