60 sites are connected during the conference and at once this issue arise. From MGC manager we are unable to delete or add the participant. After few minutes MGC start up automatically.
S/W ver. 9.0.1
the MGC support page shows 9.0.4 as the latest release so this should be considered to be tested first.
I would suggest you work with your Polycom reseller to raise a ticket with Polycom support if the issue still occurs as you would require our support team to troubleshoot this.
We will escalate to PGS Team.But can u tell us one reason why the virtual memory exceed to much during conference.
