I see: "Polycom Knowledge Base IP network service error on install of RMX (16157)" there is mention of MPM license.
But i do not know how to get MPM license, and how to enter MPM license for RMX 1500.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The RMX Admin Guide is quite clear on this.

 

A MPMx or MPMRx is a Media Card Type and the different cards offer different features in relevance to their performance.

 

A Polycom reseller should be able to answer your follow up questions

I searched in RMX Admin Guide, but did not see the guide MPM license. Can you tell me where it is located?

Our RMX also faulty:  MPM startup incomplete: No Media IP for this card'

This is now going into support territory.

 

You can search the Admin Guide and I am quite sure I replied to you in another post mentioning the page.

 

This issue needs to be looked at by support.


In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.
