Workflow Server wont parse Zoom invites

Hi I am running 

Application version :Windows 1.7.1.HF4.629341
Core version :
Node version :7.10.1
 
 
And when I book a zoom meeting, WFS log says it does not match on any rules. Yes, I have zoom selected as a rule. Help!
