Hi there 🙂

Embedded mcu, in this case, means an endpoint with a multipoint license.

External mcu, in this case, means a mcu like the rmx.

The CMA itself has no mp capability, like you mentioned correctly.

Hello YashPal,

I have now asked you on multiple different occasions to answer your own started post's with a useable update so other users can profit from your experience.

You have so far failed this and as a result a newly posted query by yourself was closed.

Can you please update your started post's before asking further questions?

For all other users the term Embedded MCU is defined as:

The number of scheduled multipoint conferences that used the MCU embedded in a V-Series, VSX-Series, or Polycom HDX-Series endpoint rather than an external MCU such as an MGC or RMX MCU.

Hello Yashpal,

since yourself joining the community you have over 50 post's open where you either:

  • Started the post and never replied

  • Replied to the post or marked as solution provided but did not actually state what fixed the issue or what part of the reply helped to address the issue

  • On some of your replies you quote Polycom support have not responded but you have never provided a Polycom service ticket number to verify this claim

I will send you another message through the community mail including all 52 post's that you should re-visit and I will keep blocking any new post's from yourself requesting help until you have made an effort to provide feedback / updates / or a simple progress.

Best Regards
