Hi All,

 

 

The error code #2038 is occuring in CMA whille uploding a Custom image over there.

 

 

Can anyone help me out to fix this issue??

  • Have you checked the Jserver logs ?

Hello YashPal,

 

the community is not a replacement for the usual Polycom support structure and my question was if you have checked the jserver logs rather than you attaching the Getalllogs.

 

If you find an issue with your installation you can discuss this with members of the community but troubleshooting should be done via your Polycom reseller in order to raise a ticket with Polycom support.

 

If you still believe that other members of the community should look at your logs you should at least state the time and date when you attempted to upload the new image.
