I have a Savi 8210 that I use with Teams predominantly, as well as phone. But 98% of usage is with Teams.  My colleagues keep complaining that my audio is low, or when I speak loudly intentionally the mic is cutting in and out.  I don't have any issues with hearing conversations on the headset. So it seems somehow related to the microphone.  It's annoying enough that my colleagues want me to just get a new headset.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?
