KIRK 6000 Active Directory access in a call



I've installed a KIRK 6000 system with AD access recently. Corporate Address book access to AD works in idle state. I have problems acces AD while handsets is in call. Does somebody know how to access AD to farward existing call to a ldap phone book entry?

Hello willi,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

As far as I am aware this is not supported. The LDAP functionality utilizes the MSF functionality and whilst in an active call the lookup is not possible.


Please work with your Polycom KIRK reseller if you need further details.
