KIRK 6000 Active Directory special characters (umlauts)

Hello,

I've installed a KIRK 6000 system with AD access recently. Corporate Address book access to AD works generally but I have problems with user names including special characters like äöüàéè. Only search for ASCII characters works fine.

There is no result for "Alex Müller" when searching for "Name" and entering 685 (or only 68 or only 6) but rusult is there when i search for givenName and enter 253.

How can I enable international support inKIRK 6000? Any help appreciated.
