We're just rolling out a new KIRK system with a WS6000 controller (PCS12D) and Butterfly handsets (PCS12Ta). This all integrates with Lync 2010, and is generally working well.
One question that's been asked a few times though is about the agressive noise cancellation on the Butterly handsets, which gives the impression that the end of words or sentences are almost being cut off. Is there anyway of controlling this at all, either on the handset or the controller? I think this would be something like the VOX setting you can get on walkie talkies, but others call it the 'comfort noise' setting.
I can't see any obvious setting, but it would be useful to know one way or the other.
