i have installed a KWS 300 with PCS12 firmware.

I have connect to this wireless server some KIRK 5040 and some GIGASET C610 phone.

All works great, the only problem is that i can't see the "MISSED CALLS" on the GIGASET PHONE.

On the KIRK's phone i have no problem.

Can you help me ?

It's a phone problem or a KWS problem ?

Hello MDellera,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The KIRK DECT solutions are GAP compatible but the protocol between the KIRK Handset's and the Gigaset may differ and this may cause the missing missed calls as experienced by yourself.

Unfortunately this is something that has to be expected when using 3rd party devices.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
