Re: KWS300 PickUP

Hi

I'm taking a punt on this but I think you have got the **3 short code from the KWS600v3 which used SKINNY to communicate with CISCO, the KWS300 uses SIP.

For **3 to work the CISCO would need this to be configured as a pickup short code for SIP on the CISCO.  If that is the case can you use **3 from other SIP devices eg Xlite softphone.  If this does work from say Xlite then can you grab the SIP trace from the softphone and the KWS300 using wireshark?

Re: KWS300 PickUP

If you do the tests on the KWS300 I suggested this will move you forward with the KWS300.  The handset in this case in not important since all the intergration is at the KWS300 level.

Re: KWS300 PickUP

Thanks for the feedback.

I know with other SIP PBX's that call pickup does work with the KWS300 I use it every day.

So you have checked the CISCO programming and call pickup **3 is enabled for SIP extensions?

And does **3 work with a softphone connected to the CISCO ?
