P.A (paging) 7020 handsets

P.A (paging) 7020 handsets

I would like to know if the 7020 handsets support P.A , paging  (system is Avaya BCM). The handset features indicates an Intercom/Loud speaker call and would group paging come through.

Hello cameronnetworks,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The 50xx, 60xx and 70xx series in conjunction with a SIP based KIRK DECT system support SIP info headers and therefore Auto answer.

 

I doubt that your SIP server allows for non proprietary signaling and therefore wont work with their own implementation of Paging / Auto Answer.
