Re: NAT Problem with Cisco 1941 Router

No, its the same subnet. The internet is accessible from the Cisco i am working on.

I can even ping the polycom UK device when SIP and h323 are reachable.

I just cant establish the call somehow

You can ping the internet from the second Cisco? Did you also used a computer after the second cisco and tried a ping test?

I think the same subnet is the problem. the second cisco have on the wan side and the lan side the same subnet, that is not gonna work with nat.

Yes, i can ping the internet from the second cisco. I m also able to use the internet from a computer using the IP i have Natted with. Its only the Polycom where i can not establish the call. Everything else on the internet is working fine with the Natted IP from the second cisco which i can canfigure.

Hello Wasif.

Please check if "NAT is H.323 Compatible" is enabled and "NAT Configuration" too on Polycom Device.

Try this rules, solved for us many problems:

no ip nat service sip udp port 5060
no ip nat service sip tcp port 5060

Tried that as well as restarting. Eventualy mine worked but I also did a bunch of stuff so not sure which one actually made it work. Happy for now.
