Accordent Smooth Streaming OnDemand issues

I am trying to get our Accordent to produce an OnDemand Smooth Streaming File for viewing through iDevices (iPad, iPod). The Live stream works great. When I try to view the file OnDemand I get no playback. The wmv version of the file works fine through OnDemand but I can not view the iOS version. Was wondering if anyone had any suggestions.
