Hello community,

 

I have a problem updating the BT600 firmware in Windows 10.

I receive a notification in Plantronics Hub for a new release, but whenever I click on the update button, a message pops up that multiple devices are connected.

It makes no difference what I do or where I plug the BT600 in, only the BT600 dongle is connected to the system is is the only device shown in the hub software.

 

How can I resolve this problem?

OK I sent them a mail.

Meanwhile I tried Windows 7, there the update started to work, but is stuck on 0% and then eventually fails after 15min or so. The dongle still works however.

We'll see what support can do for me.

I am experiencing the same issue with my BT600...Stuck on 0%.  Was support able to resolve your issue?  Thanks!

We always urge community members/visitors to provide some basic details about the issue whenever starting a topic or stating a problem. It helps us to provide better guidance which may actually resolve the issue or at least help in finding the next course of action.

 

Here it will be useful to know what firmware version you are on and what firmware version you are trying to upgrade to? Also are you connecting USB adapter directly to native USB port or via  USB Docking station or splitter? Have you tried using another PC or adding exception for HUB in your security software/firewall when it tries to access Poly (formerly Plantronics) update servers? You can refer to this KB link and try whitelisting shared url's and test update again and share feedback if possible.
