Issues with B4220 Voyager UC

Hi,

 

We have bought B4220 Voyager UC, and according to the quick setup guide. 
Single-click on the right phone will pause/play music. 

We have tried this on computers playing video on youtube, and on mobile phone playing music on Spotify.

It does not work.

 

However, the quick setup guide also says that doubble-click will skip to next song and tripple-clicks will go to previous song. 

Both of these features work while connected to computer playing video on youtube and playing music on mobile phone in Spotify.

 

How do I solve this issue with single-click pause/play not working.
